In Florida, California and many other areas, the Food Manager is authorized to conduct this training provided they use our program, a state approved program complete with exam/test and three part matching certificate.  Management may choose to satisfy the food handler requirements by having employees become FOOD MANAGERS. Maintaining a higher standard than required, may reduce liability exposure and promote a more positive relationship with your inspector.  This Food Handler program is FLORIDA  and CALIFORNIA APPROVED In addition, it Complies with many OTHER STATE and LOCAL Regulations in training your staff in Food Safety. Regardless of regulation, training your staff in Food Safety will show due diligence on your part in doing everything you can to provide safe food to your customers.

For the Do-It-Yourself FOOD HANDLER Program, you will need to purchase one Training Manual per employee. Each Manual comes complete with one Approved Food Handler Exam & Training Certificate Record attached to the back cover. Simply follow the easy to understand instructions, included with every order, and get your staff safely trained, officially certified and state compliant. It really is just that easy!

Food Employees may join us at our Open Classes held throughout the state of Florida at predetermined times and locations.  Please visit the Locations Page for details on dates and locations throughout Florida.  Students are Certified as Florida Food Employees; also includes the Florida Approved Training Certificate Record to be kept on file for 3 years, Official 3 year Food Employee Certificate of Completion (suitable for framing) and students will receive Wallet Cards.

                          

Private On-Site FOOD HANDLER Classes

Food Safety Certifications, LLC will come to you, based on your schedule, to train and certify your staff. This option is available in most areas of Florida. 

You MUST contact FSC directly to schedule Private On-Site Classes. You may contact FSC at 1-800-874-1009.  You may not purchase the Private Class option online.

Private On-Site Food Handler Training & Certifications cost:

$40/student for 10-19 students
$30/student for 20+ students

Students are Certified as Florida Food Employees; also includes the Florida Approved Training Certificate Record to be kept on file for 3 years, Official 3 year Food Employee Certificate of Completion (suitable for framing) and students will receive Wallet Cards.

Private On-Site Food Employee classes are often combined with Private On-Site Food Manager classes.
