The Food Employee Open Class Training includes:

• Open Class Training  at any FSC Open Class Locations
• Certification including Training Certificate Record and Wallet Card

This Training Manual is part of the Do-It-Yourself Program for the Food Employee Training and Certification.  For the Do-It-Yourself Program, you will need a minimum of 1 Training Manual per property and a Training Certificate Record for EACH employee trained.

You need ONE Training Manual per property so please order accordingly.

Please do not forget to order the Training Certificate Records in addition to this manual.  You will need BOTH to be in compliance.
